Συνοδεύεται από πάρα πολλά στερεότυπα, προκαταλήψεις και έναν ιστορικά ριζωμένο αποκλεισμό. Όσα πρόσωπα έχουμε τέτοια βιώματα, γνωρίζουμε πολύ καλά τι σημαίνει να χρειάζεται καθημερινά να αποδεικνύεις ότι αξίζεις μία θέση στο τραπέζι. Σήμερα, ωστόσο, η ώρα έχει φτάσει για μια θεσμική και πολιτισμική μετατόπιση: από τον αποκλεισμό στην ενεργή ένταξη. Και το σημείο εκκίνησης αυτής της αλλαγής είναι ο εργασιακός χώρος.
