The proposed regulation seems to pull the rug from under the feet of an entire community, a few months after its greatest institutional victory.  <\/p>\n\n<p>LGBTQI+ organizations speak of an institutional contradiction and a dangerous paradox: a country that allows you to get married, but not to become a parent.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;The State tells you &#8216;I accept you&#8217; as long as you don&#8217;t want to raise a child. It&#8217;s like giving you rights in a cheese shop,&#8221; says a Rainbow Families activist.<\/p>\n\n<p>The debate now shifts to the substance of equality. Not as a symbolic right, but as a daily, practical guarantee of freedoms.
