The goal is clear: <strong>an inclusive working environment, with transparency, security and equal opportunities for all<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>  8 axes \u2013 a new era in work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Fast, accessible recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduction of bureaucracy and immediate announcement of recruitment with <em>a single document<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital employee card and smart notifications via myErgani.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New mobile application for employers, friendly and functional for everyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smart hiring for urgent needs \u2013 work up to 2 days, <em>with one click<\/em> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2. True simplification \u2013 no more unnecessary procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elimination of paper documents that have already been digitized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unification of policies to <em>prevent violence, harassment and discrimination<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplification of the Digital Work Card \u2013 technology at the service of equality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>3. Working in modern terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The possibility <em>of flexible multi-employment<\/em> is established with respect for schedules and rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overtime and shift work \u2013 with <em>clear compensation and transparency<\/em> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4. Real employee empowerment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Four-day work available year-round \u2013 <em>support for parents and caregivers<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No reduction in salary after the Digital Card \u2013 <em>protection against arbitrariness<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition of maternity for foster mothers as well \u2013 <em>equal opportunities in care<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parental benefits: <em>tax-free, non-seizable, non-assignable<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to autonomously declare retirement from work \u2013 <em>strengthening the individual voice<\/em> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>5. Safety at work for all \u2013 without exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mandatory <em>safety coordinators<\/em> in technical projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First aid training for all employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the role of Employee Health and Safety Committees \u2013 <em>employees at the center<\/em> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>6. In full harmony with ILO International Conventions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Important ILO acts are ratified \u2013 <em>Greece puts its international responsibility into practice<\/em> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>7. A Labor Inspectorate with voice and power<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protection of Inspectors from violence and obstruction \u2013 <em>safety for judicial inspectors<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening structures, human resources and travel expenses \u2013 especially for island areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>8. Transparency and care for insured persons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increases from collective bargaining agreements and employers <em>without additional insurance charges<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postal voting for pensioner organizations \u2013 <em>democracy for all<\/em> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New internal transparency controls at NAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Fair Work for All, in Action&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Niki Kerameus, stated: &#8220;Dedicated to our goal of improving the working conditions of employees, facilitating businesses, strengthening the labor market, we have prepared a bill with multiple benefits for everyone, always with the goal of creating a modern framework adapted to the modern needs of the time. The bill provides for the simplification of procedures and the reduction of bureaucracy, the empowerment of employees, the strengthening of the Labor Inspectorate, the strengthening of Health and Safety at Work, the modernization of labor provisions, as well as harmonization with International Labor Conventions. We stand by the side of employees, businesses, and retirees.
