A new way of exploring the world of work. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A look back at our last two internship programs of the year<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From March 30 to April 3, 10 students from Gabriel Rosset Middle School in Lyon spent an unforgettable week alongside Equans France, Capgemini, Groupe APICIL, and Veolia France.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program included:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Career presentations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LEGO SCRUM workshops,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtual Reality (VR) experiences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A climate awareness workshop,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water-themed games,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team challenges and collaborative activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a wonderful week, concluded with a presentation and feedback session at the school.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00cele-de-France Region<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From April 13 to April 17, 8 students from Michelet Middle School in Saint-Ouen were immersed in the worlds of Capgemini, Axys, Groupe TF1, and PageGroup.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program included:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Career presentations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An Artificial Intelligence workshop,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training sessions on sustainability and sexism awareness,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A studio visit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A weather forecasting workshop,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speed meetings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV writing workshops,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A serious game (educational simulation activity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The week concluded at Les entreprises pour la Cit\u00e9, where students discovered the nonprofit and social impact sector and reflected on their experience during the program.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"160\" height=\"90\" src=\"https:\/\/diversitynews.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/1775816469236.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9410\" style=\"width:339px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>These two weeks planted seeds of curiosity and inspiration in young people who were engaged, enthusiastic, and full of energy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The students left with new ideas, new aspirations, and above all, a clearer and more concrete vision of their future.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A huge thank you to all the teams and teachers involved in making these initiatives a success.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And above all, congratulations to the students!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our inter-company internship program allows 9th-grade students to discover several companies in one week, spending each day in a different organization.
