15 anniversary of Diversity Charter Sweden

Diversity Charter Sweden had the pleasure of hosting our EU counterparts, turning Stockholm into a hub of ideas, learning, and collaboration on diversity and inclusion.

Over two days, we explored important topics including pay transparency, D&I in Swedish workplaces, LBTQI, menopause support initiatives, and labor market inclusion for migrants and refugees. From expert insights to engaging small group discussions with our signatories, the sessions were full of energy, dialogue, and shared commitment to creating more inclusive workplaces.

One of the highlights was celebrating our 15th anniversary in the evening, a wonderful moment to reflect on our journey, honor the people and organizations that have made it possible, and look forward to the next chapter.

These two days reminded us that diversity and inclusion are not just policies – they are a source of creativity, strength, and connection. We are proud to be the largest official network for diversity and inclusion in Sweden and to collaborate with colleagues across Europe to make every workplace stronger, fairer, and more inspiring.
