The Diversity Charter Gala is one of the most important annual events for the community involved in promoting and implementing DEI in Poland. This year’s event, which took place on November 4, 2025 in Warsaw, featured inspiring speeches, presentations of the latest research, an exchange of experiences, and the announcement of the Diversity Charter Awards and Women on Boards Awards
Opening and Inspiration
The highlight of the opening part was an inspirational speech by Mateusz Adamczyk, a Polish language specialist, linguist, and popularizer of knowledge about the Polish language. In his presentation “Inclusive language: inclusive or non-exclusive?”, Mateusz Adamczyk showed how important it is to use simple language in communication that does not exclude different social groups, including the elderly.
Research and new trends in DEI
The next point of the agenda was the highlight of the results of the latest research and publication conducted by the Responsible Business Forum, Polish Diversity Charter Coordinator, and CSRinfo: “ESG Managers 2025”. Research also focused on DEI managers – their challenges in the current landscape, daily tasks, and key competencies. The analysis focused on people responsible for DEI programs in Polish companies.
This was followed by the premiere of the Diversity IN Check Report, summarizing the 5th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey. The report is a valuable source of knowledge about the state of diversity management in Polish organizations and examples of 50 good practices from the organizations surveyed. An important part of the program was a session presenting the good practices of companies recognized in the 5th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey. Gala participants had the opportunity to learn about specific case studies of leading organizations that are successfully implementing DEI strategies. Additionally, we had a chance to meet and greet New signatories to the Diversity Charter in Poland who joined in 2025.
Award Ceremony
The Diversity Charter Gala culminated in the announcement of the results and the presentation of awards and distinctions:
● 3rd edition of the Diversity Charter Awards, honoring companies and institutions that implement the idea of DEI in the most innovative and effective way and contribute to building inclusive work environments and society.
● Women on Boards Club awards ceremony – The Woman on Boards Awards recognize and promote women who bring real value to management and supervisory boards.
The Gala ended with informal conversations, which provided an ideal opportunity for networking, exchanging experiences, and summarizing a day full of inspiration and substantive knowledge. The entire event highlighted the growing importance that Polish business attaches to diversity as a key element of responsible and modern management.
