Diversity Charter Greece members now have the opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking European Competition for Diversity and Inclusion, within the framework of the SPEED-FEM project . The competition is implemented by KEAN – Cell for Alternative Youth Searches in collaboration with Diversity Charter Greece, and aims to promote the equal participation of vulnerable women in the labor market.
Participating companies are invited to create teams of employees, consisting of 10 to 15 people, who will undertake the design of an action or proposal that enhances the integration of women in the professional world. The action does not need to have been previously implemented — what matters is its substantial, realistic and credible design, based on the values and capabilities of each organization.
Throughout the preparation, the teams will be supported through three thematic meetings, with the guidance of specialized agencies Diversity & Inclusion (Greece) and Soleterre (Italy). The process will culminate in a presentation of the proposals in pitch format in front of two committees — one consisting of women beneficiaries of the project, and one of professionals from the business world.
The final award ceremony will take place on October 9, 2025, at the Zappeion Megaron, during the 7th Diversity in Business Conference . At the same time, the best proposals will be presented at an international online event with participation from all over Europe and will be featured on the new European diversity information platform, diversitynews.eu, as well as in the media of Diversity Charter Greece and KEAN.
This is a unique opportunity for businesses to actively contribute to creating more inclusive workplaces, while strengthening the voice and participation of women who face social or economic barriers.
