With the colors of the rainbow filling the streets of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki Pride 2025 was another powerful reminder that equality, visibility, and respect for diversity are not just slogans – they are non-negotiable values.
As every year, this year too, Diversity Charter Greece made a dynamic presence at the heart of the festival, sending a resounding message in favor of inclusion and acceptance. Our established pavilion, in the White Tower Square, served as a meeting point and dialogue point for hundreds of visitors of all ages, who shared stories, were informed and united their voices for a world with more equality and less exclusion.
The slogan of this year’s event, “Not a Step Back” , perfectly expresses our vision and stance towards phenomena of social and institutional regression. We remind you that equality is not negotiable and progress is not a given – it requires continuous action, solidarity and voices that do not remain silent.
The pride parade that started from the White Tower and crossed the main streets of the city was accompanied by slogans, drums, colorful banners and people who claim a better world for everyone, without exceptions. Among them, we too – proudly, steadfastly, present.
By participating in Thessaloniki Pride 2025 , we reaffirm our commitment to creating inclusive, safe and equal spaces for every person, regardless of identity, expression or orientation. Diversity Charter Greece is not just an observer; it is an active part of a society that changes, that demands, that dares.
The curtain fell on the 13th Thessaloniki Pride in the most explosive way: a spectacular concert under the White Tower starring Tamta, which thrilled the audience just before midnight on Saturday. With old and new hits, from “Ftais” and “Pata Play” to the dynamic Eurovision “Replay”, the stage was transformed into a celebration of love, freedom and expression. Along with her, Iasonas Mandilas, Akylas and an explosive lineup of drag queens and the dance group House of Drama offered an unforgettable finale, full of sparkle, pride and solidarity.
