Minister Domna Michaelidou sends a clear message: Greece is making a leap in inclusion in the workplace!

“Employees are sending the loudest message against discrimination in the workplace. Over 34,000 approved applications and 13,000 certifications on inclusion.apps.gov.gr prove that social policy with substance and purpose is not only accepted, but embraced by society . Inclusion is no longer a slogan – it is action, result, progress . Thank you for your trust, for your participation. We are moving confidently towards the milestone of 80,000 participations, at a record pace,” the Minister proudly declared.

With vision and determination, the Minister pointed out: “Diversity is finally gaining a voice, respect and equal access. We invest in human resources, cultivate an inclusive culture, and demonstrate it in practice. The program responds to a deep need in society and the impressive participation confirms this.”

Despite the huge turnout and technical challenges, the Minister ensured that the platform continues to operate smoothly , ready to welcome up to 80,000 private employees . All participants, upon completion of the training, will receive €100 compensation and a certificate of attendance .

In closing, the Minister gave the stamp of the new era: “The true reward is the change of mindset. The certificate is not just an electronic file. It is proof that businesses and employees are adopting a new, modern, inclusive work culture. This is our great gain – and this is why we move forward with boldness and vision.”
