A growing public conversation around ADHD and neurodiversity has led to both increased awareness and the emergence of new misconceptions in society. According to experts, employers play a key role in shaping understanding, ensuring inclusive work environments, and creating supportive opportunities for all employees.

Members of the Estonian Diversity Charter network gathered on 5 November for a workshop with neurodiversity expert Mari Ahnefer. The event aimed to clarify what neurodiversity truly means, how organisations can benefit from embracing it, and how to begin implementing neuroinclusion step by step in the workplace. The meeting was held in an inclusive format, encouraging participants to ask questions freely. Ahnefer also offered the opportunity for one-on-one conversations immediately after the event.
