Businesses that consciously invest in inclusion ultimately invest in a better future for all.”

More than 45 companies and organizations , from a wide range of sectors, submitted their applications, with a 35% increase in participation compared to last year, which confirms the increasing commitment to the adoption of DEI strategies . Through sustainable actions, NGOs, social enterprises and informal networks manage to empower vulnerable groups and promote substantive change in society.

The “Invisible Thread” That Unites
With the central message of “Invisible Thread,” this year’s event highlighted the invisible but powerful connection that is created when people and organizations choose to serve acceptance, equality, and dignity through actions. As Dr. Dimadama emphasized:
“Each award is a reminder that the path to sustainable progress runs through inclusion and justice.”
