Today, May 17, on the occasion of the International Day Against LGBTI+phobia (IDAHOBIT), Diversity Charter Greece joins its voice with the European Commission and the wider European family to defend the fundamental rights of all our fellow human beings.
Diversity based on sexual orientation, expression, identity or gender characteristics is not a barrier — it is a strength. In an evolving society and job market, inclusion and respect are not choices but responsibilities!
We are committed to continuing to work towards a work environment free from discrimination, where every person—regardless of gender, identity or sexual orientation—feels safe, visible and accepted.
