Our inter-company internship program allows 9th-grade students to discover several companies in one week, spending each day in a different organization. A new way of exploring the world of work.
A look back at our last two internship programs of the year
Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region
From March 30 to April 3, 10 students from Gabriel Rosset Middle School in Lyon spent an unforgettable week alongside Equans France, Capgemini, Groupe APICIL, and Veolia France.
The program included:
- Career presentations,
- LEGO SCRUM workshops,
- Virtual Reality (VR) experiences,
- A climate awareness workshop,
- Water-themed games,
- Team challenges and collaborative activities.
It was a wonderful week, concluded with a presentation and feedback session at the school.
Île-de-France Region
From April 13 to April 17, 8 students from Michelet Middle School in Saint-Ouen were immersed in the worlds of Capgemini, Axys, Groupe TF1, and PageGroup.
The program included:
- Career presentations,
- An Artificial Intelligence workshop,
- Training sessions on sustainability and sexism awareness,
- A studio visit,
- A weather forecasting workshop,
- Speed meetings,
- CV writing workshops,
- A serious game (educational simulation activity).
The week concluded at Les entreprises pour la Cité, where students discovered the nonprofit and social impact sector and reflected on their experience during the program.
These two weeks planted seeds of curiosity and inspiration in young people who were engaged, enthusiastic, and full of energy
The students left with new ideas, new aspirations, and above all, a clearer and more concrete vision of their future.
