The year 2026 marks a significant milestone for diversity and inclusion in Germany, as Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter Germany) celebrates its 20th anniversary. To commemorate this important occasion, the organization is hosting the 15th Diversity Conference, which promises to be more celebratory, inspiring, and impactful than ever before.

On November 25–26, 2026, professionals, organizations, businesses, and advocates of diversity will gather at the historic Telegraphenamt in Berlin, as well as online via live streaming, to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work.

Under the theme «CHANGE HAPPENS," this year’s conference will focus on key issues that are transforming today’s workplaces, including diversity, inclusive leadership, artificial intelligence, and the creation of work environments where every individual can fully realize their potential.

As a special anniversary edition, the conference will feature innovative interactive formats, inspiring keynote speakers, thought-provoking discussions, and numerous opportunities for networking and active participation. The first speakers have already been announced, while additional speakers and the final conference agenda will be revealed over the coming weeks.

Through the conference’s new website, participants can explore the programme, create personalized social media profile frames, and take part in interactive activities, including voting for the speakers they would most like to see on the DIVERSITY stage.
