CrediaBank has officially signed the Diversity Charter, clearly and meaningfully reaffirming its commitment to promoting equality, inclusion, and acceptance of diversity both in the workplace and in society at large.

The signing took place as part of European Diversity Month, highlighting the importance of organizations’ active participation in creating an environment where every employee has the opportunity to express themselves freely, work on an equal footing, and develop without exclusion or discrimination.

The Diversity Charter was signed by Reggina Aslanoglou, Chief Sustainability Officer at CrediaBank, and Stavros Milionis, President of KEAN and Head of Diversity Charter Greece. This signing sealed the shared commitment to fostering a culture based on equal opportunities, respect, and sustainable development through diversity.

In a statement, the bank emphasized that participation in the Charter is not a mere formality, but an ongoing strategic choice. As emphasized, CrediaBank continues to invest in a work environment that promotes equality and inclusion, while also extending these values to its relationships with customers and society as a whole.

“We are kicking off European Diversity Month by renewing a commitment that is timeless for us. We are actively continuing CrediaBank’s participation in the Diversity Charter, fostering a work environment—as well as a broader society and our relationship with our customers—based on equality and inclusion of diversity. Because sustainable development means allowing people to be themselves. And that is something we choose, every day,” the bank’s statement notes.

Through its membership and active participation in the Diversity Charter, CrediaBank joins a broader network of organizations that actively promote policies of equal opportunity and respect for diversity, contributing to the creation of a more just, modern, and humane work environment.

The Diversity Charter welcomed CrediaBank into the community of organizations that systematically invest in inclusion, emphasizing that diversity is a key driver of progress, innovation, and sustainable development.
